CYX12 series pressure sensor adopts piezoresistive chip with international advanced silicon pressure chips with high stability and high precision, and adopts the sintering base with stress optimization design. The sensor is produced by the following processes: chip mounting, gold wire bonding, diaphragm welding, high vacuum oil injection, pressure cycle stress relief, high temperature aging, temperature compensation, etc. The product has excellent stability and performance. 
The miniaturized outline dimension is designed to meet the small size of the user's whole machine. They are widely used for pressure measurement of compatible media with ss316L, NBR and FKM.

7 Application tips

1. The product is an electrostatic sensitive device, please take ESD preventive measures.
2. The measured medium should be compatible with the sensor material.
3. The assembly of this product shall be assembled into a 'floating' structure according to protect the recommended size.
4. Pay attention to protect the sensor's diaphragm and compensation circuit board; avoid falling, crashing etc, which will affect the stability of the product.
5. Sensors with 0.01μF capacitor (positive power to ground, positive and negative output to ground), if not needed, customers can contact Huatian when ordering.
6. The vent pipe of the G sensor should be kept connected with the atmosphere; prohibit water, water vapor or corrosive media from entering the vent pipe.
7. In case of any change of pin lead, the label with the pressure sensor shall prevail.
