Product Description
CW1200 series digital display temperature transmitter is a product which integrates temperature measurement and display. The product is displayed by 4-bit LED digital tube. After linear compensation, signal amplification, signal processing, etc., it can output industrial standard 4-20mA signal, and can work stably for a long time. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy and other fields.

4 Appearance and wiring

5 LED panel description
5.1Panel description
The parameters of the transmitter can be modified through the buttons on the panel. In normal measurement state, there is no function definition for position selection key and increase key.
5.2 Function description
5.3 After the temperature transmitter is delivered from the factory, the product has been debugged and calibrated, so the user can't modify it at will, so as to avoid that the transmitter can't work normally.
5.4 Illustration
The panel shape and key function are shown in Fig 3.
The function of bit selection key is multiplexed and can be used as a reduction function. The other key functions are shown in Figure 3 above.
6. Precautions
6.1 Ensure the fluidity of the measured medium.
6.2 In order to ensure the accuracy, large range and small range transmitters can not be used in place of each other. Otherwise, it will cause over-voltage damage or inaccurate measurement.
6.3 After opening the front and back cover of the transmitter, it is necessary to tighten the front and back cover to prevent moisture from entering the housing and causing damage to the transmitter.
6.4 When the transmitter is installed, it should be vertical to the mounting frame, and the measuring point and installation position should be at the same level
6.5 The transmitter shall not be installed in the environment with strong mechanical vibration. It is necessary to close the valve of gas (liquid) pipeline before installation.
6.6 The transmitter shall be installed in the place with lightning protection device, and ensure good grounding to prevent damage to the transmitter.
7. After sales service
The warranty period of this product is one year under the condition that the user completely complies with the instructions, the use method and no one is damaged.
