Product Description
CYB3500 float type level transmitter utilizes the principle of liquid buoyancy for liquid level measurement. Through the magnetic float coupled with the magnetic device inside the transmitter, the liquid level information is converted into 4~20mA industrial standard signal. The product has a simple structure, easy to install, liquid level feedback directly, dry, small effect of liquid density, no leakage, no pollution and so on, especially suitable for food, medicine, printing and dyeing, energy, chemical and other special industries.
The series has both generalized design products suitable for multi-industry applications and specially designed products for different industry application characteristics, which can be tailor-made according to the different needs of users to design suitable products.

- When selecting, please pay attention to the compatibility of the measured medium with the product seals, cable lines and other contact materials, media compatibility related information can be consulted with Huatian.
- In order to ensure the stability and accuracy of the product, it is recommended that the range of the liquid level transmitter be selected in accordance with the actual measurement of 120% of the height of the liquid level, and the maximum pressure should be within the measurement range.
- In order to ensure the reliable operation of outdoor products, it is recommended that users order transmitters with lightning protection. Ensure that the product and power supply are reliably grounded during installation, which can reduce the probability of lightning damage to the transmitter.
- When choosing digital display products, the transmitter working environment temperature range is -30ºC~70ºC, and the power supply should be not less than 15VDC.
- Containing silt and sandy media, the transmitter head needs to take protective measures such as filtration and bracket to prevent the pressure measurement hole from being blocked or the diaphragm from being scratched by particles.
- When used in flammable and explosive hazardous environments, please install safety barriers according to regulations, and cable connections should be sealed and reliable. Before energizing the transmitter, please make sure that the inner cavity of the transmitter is isolated from the environment. When cleaning and overhauling the product, it must be disconnected from the power supply first, then disassembled and moved to a safe environment for processing. It is strictly prohibited to operate with electricity on site.
