CRH wall-mounted temperature and humidity transmitter is a temperature and humidity product. It adopts a wall-mounted waterproof shell and a variety of probe types are optional. It is suitable for real-time measurement, display and alarm of temperature and humidity in the air. This product uses high-brightness digital tube for temperature and humidity real-time display, temperature and humidity measurement probe using imported high-precision components, can be widely used in communication room, warehouse buildings and automatic control and other need temperature humidity monitoring. Using standard industrial interface 4~20mA/0~5V/0~10V analog signal output, can be connected to field digital display meter, PLC, frequency inverter, industrial control mainframe and other equipment, safe and reliable, beautiful appearance, easy installation.

7 Product output calculation

8 Product installation
1) Installation methods:
The temperature and humidity transmitter has two Φ4 mounting holes on both sides, which are fixed to the wall with standard expansion screws and tapping screws.

2)Installation location
Transmitter should be placed as vertically as possible, when installed, make sure the transmitter is under the transmitter (the font on the transmitter is in the positive direction). Installation height is the sitting height of the human body or the environmental area where is mainly required to be measured.
3)Installation precautions
- Avoid installation in areas that are easy to heat transfer and can directly cause temperature differences with the area to be measured, otherwise the temperature and humidity measurement will be inaccurate.
- Install in the environment stable area, avoid direct lighting, away from windows and air conditioning, heating and other equipment, avoid straight to the window, door.
- As far as possible away from high-power interference equipment, so as to avoid causing inaccurate measurement, such as inverter, generator, etc.
9 Probe maintenance
This product temperature and humidity probe built-in polymer anti-dust filter, in order to ensure the accuracy of the product testing, the need to product the dust filter cover regular cleaning maintenance, cleaning cycle according to the product work environment.

During probe maintenance, do not dump the temperature and humidity transmitter in the probe. When removing and installing the protective cover, please operate vertically to avoid damage to the temperature and humidity transmitter and affect the testing accuracy of the product.
10 Notes
- Before use, please carefully read this manual to ensure correct wiring. Any incorrect wiring may cause irreversible damage to the transmitter.
- After carefully checking and ensuring correct wiring, Connect the 24V DC power supply to operate the product normally.
- When maintaining the transmitter, it is necessary to first disconnect the power supply and then disassemble.
- The transmitter should be used in the process of avoiding the internal water into the product, in order to avoid damage to the product.
- Please pay attention to the installation precautions when installing the product and probe, otherwise it may result in inaccurate temperature and humidity measurement.
- Prevent chemical reagents, oil, dust and other direct damage to the transmitter, do not dew, limit temperature environment for long-term use. Do not carry out cold and hot shock.
11Transport, storage
- Transmitter as far as possible to avoid vibration, handle gently.
- Long time storage conditions:10ºC~40ºC;20%RH~50%RH.
