Product Description

1. Summary
    The micro differential pressure display transmitter adopts silicon MEMS Micro Pressure chip. After temperature compensation, linear compensation, signal amplification, V / I conversion, surge, reverse polarity protection and other transmission circuit signal processing, it outputs 4 ~ 20mA signal of industrial standard. Full digital calibration, no movable potentiometer, low temperature drift and good stability.
    The product has the advantages of wide measurement range, high precision, good stability, good anti-interference performance, intrinsic safety and explosion-proof.

    This series of transmitters are used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, light textile, electronics, medicine, food, environmental protection and other fields, and are more used in HVAC, purification plant and boiler automation inspection.

6.1 Function key "M"
    In the measurement mode, press and hold for 5 seconds to enter the main variable reset (i.e. PV is clear).
    In the setting mode, short press to enable parameter modification, and the modified parameter flashes. Short press again to confirm parameter modification, and the modified parameter stops flashing.
6.2 Full key "S"
     In the measurement mode, short press to modify the function for the display mode.
     In the measurement mode, press and hold for 5 seconds to enter the full adjustment function (i.e. calibrate the transmitter full point).
     In the setting mode, it is the function of adding one to the setting parameters, and adding one to the long-time continuous shift.
6.3 Zero key "Z"
    In the measurement mode, short press to modify the function for the display mode.
    In the measurement mode, press and hold for 5 seconds to enter the zero adjustment function (i.e. calibrate the zero point of the transmitter).
    In the setting mode, it is the function of setting parameter shift and minus one, which can continuously shift or minus one on time.
6.4 Overview of key functions
    The instrument realizes the setting and collection of all parameter input and calibration data through three keys on the panel. A variety of optimization measures are taken for the setting and input of the instrument to improve the operation speed of customers:
    The shift key and increase key of the instrument have the function of variable rate.
    The instrument has both shift and incremental input methods. The shift mode is used for menus requiring a large number of modifications, and the incremental mode is adopted for menus requiring continuous data input.
    The instrument will stop the analog output in the setting state, so if the user does not operate the instrument within 60 seconds, it will automatically exit to the measurement state.
The instrument will save all the set parameters only when it exits the menu normally.

7. Precautions
1. When installing the transmitter, pay attention to the installation direction of the transmitter and install it vertically;
2. Avoid installing the transmitter in the environment of mechanical vibration and strong electromagnetic interference;
3. To ensure accurate pressure measurement at low temperatures, the fluidity of the measured medium (liquid or gas) must be ensured.
4. In order to ensure accuracy, large range and small range transmitters cannot be used instead of each other.
